Leslie Cornell Building Restoration Ltd were engaged in the restoration works of this Historic Grade II Listed Farmhouse in Cornwall.
Our works began with producing a Heritage Assessment, Architectural Drawings and Plans and the application for Listed Building Consent.
With the granting of Listed Building Consent, the Team began the restoration works by removing the cementitious and failed Lime pointing, before introducing a new natural Lime/sand mortar.
Our window restoration scope of works was to restore the windows to function and decorate. These works included window repairs, replacement of joinery items, glazing and paint applications.
Another aspect of this project was re-decoration of existing and installation of new Cast Iron rainwater goods.
