We, Leslie Cornell Building Restoration Ltd, were engaged to repair a sagging ceiling at this Grade II Listed house in Cornwall
Upon inspection, we found that the ceiling was sagging due to the failure of the existing Lath and Plaster.
We removed the failed area of Lath and Plaster and introduced a 3-coat Lime plaster application. Following the appropriate drying time, we then introduced a White 3-coat paint system.
