Leslie Cornell Building Restoration Ltd were engaged to bring breathability back to this stone-built 18th Century end of terrace house in Liskeard.
To limit internal damp, our works began with the removal of the existing external non-breathable cement render applications. As a result of these non-breathable applications low level damp could be seen on the internal walls. This was followed with the introduction of a Lime pointing application to all of the exposed stonework.
