As you will have seen in out previous blogs Listed Building Restoration Cornwall (Part 1 and Part 2), we have been busy as Principle Contractors undertaking Phase 1 of our building restoration works in Cornwall on this Grade II Listed 17th Century dwelling.
After months of dedicated and careful work, Phase 1 of this project is now complete. Our Client has likened this project to a butterfly emerging from a chrysalis, and we agree!
We have worked hard to restore this Listed Building in Cornwall and are extremely proud to preserve yet another one of our Cornwall Heritage buildings.
Our restoration works on this phase of the project were to bring life back into the building and this included stabilising, rebuilding and repairing of the original substrates. Please have a look at the pictures below to see the works we have undertaken and what a difference it has made.
New Roof Structure
With the restoration works we have carried out, this historic building in Cornwall is now structurally safe, able to breathe again and will be there for many more generations to enjoy.
