We, Leslie Cornell Building Restoration Ltd, are very fortunate to get to work on some fantastic projects. One such project was for the renovation and conversion of a Grade II Listed Agricultural Building in St Austell.

Following the completion of the renovation/conversion, the owners decided to use the property as a Holiday Let.

The building restoration itself is to/above Landmark Trust standards (especially the internal woodwork), to which have been added modern amenities; well-designed kitchen that goes beyond the call of commerce in the provision of quality implements – warm bathroom with quality fittings – guest Apple computer in the kitchen for info, TV and music – the signature AV system (with fool proof instructions for novices).

Having seen the slide show on the effort and love applied to re-raising the Cob Barn out of the ground, we raise our hats to John and Sue, and the unknown craftsmen.”
